Based on the work of Guy VOYER DO, I help you find the gaps and restore balance in your body movement by creating you a targeted fitness program.  Whether we are focusing on your nutrition, hydration, flexibility, strength or pain management, I help guide your body into alignment and direct your awareness in movement.
